CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Dynamatic’s services are on a pre-paid subscription basis. We manage and reconcile them monthly. Recurring payments can be arranged by reaching out to your designated Project Manager.


If a client discontinues services with Dynamatic during the campaign, the client is responsible for the work already completed. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the extent of work finished at the time of cancellation. This may result in a full, partial, no refund, or additional fees owed. To avoid unintentional service interruption, clients must submit a written request for service termination.


Cancellation Terms


  • Cancellations are only accepted within the 10-day window before the campaign launch.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested after the launch date.
  • It is possible to request the cessation of work for a project website, and any remaining work can be allocated to a different project URL.
  • Dynamatic reserves the right to allocate any remaining budget to services benefiting other URLs owned by the client.
  • Premature termination of a campaign may void the refundability of the 30-day deposit in the contract.
  • Due to the nature of our work, we generally do not assure any refunds upon cancellation.
  • If a refund is processed, the amount will be debited for completed work and work in progress.
  • Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies are non-refundable.
  • Violation of the terms and conditions cancels the agreement with no refund.
  • No refund will be issued for delays caused by third-party participation.
