Case studies
Five campaigns, on the record.
Client names are withheld under NDA; the figures are the ones we publish. Each entry shows the sector, the volume of links built, the organic traffic movement over the engagement and how long it took.
Link building is one input among many. Past performance on these accounts is not a guarantee of future results on yours.

The challenge
A generative video product entering one of the fastest-moving keyword sets on the web, starting from roughly 120k monthly organic sessions. Competitors were funded, publishing constantly, and already holding the comparison and alternative terms that convert.
The strategy
High-volume, sustained acquisition rather than a few marquee placements — a diversified mix drawn from our standard methods, weighted toward guest placements on technology and creator publications, supported by insertions on pages already ranking for adjacent terms.
The result
235 links over twelve months and organic traffic doubling from 120k to 240k monthly sessions.
The challenge
A mature site already at a million monthly sessions. At that scale the easy wins are gone: growth has to come from a small number of genuinely authoritative placements, in a category saturated with affiliate content and low-trust review sites.
The strategy
Quality over volume — the lowest link count of any campaign here, spread across the longest timeline. Relationship-led placements and editorial coverage on publications with genuine readership, at a velocity a site of that age could absorb safely.
The result
127 links over twenty-four months and beyond, with organic traffic rising from 1M to 1.7M monthly sessions — roughly 700,000 additional sessions a month.
The challenge
A crowded category where new competitors launch weekly and the keyword landscape reshapes every quarter. Standing still meant losing position, so the campaign needed pace as well as quality.
The strategy
The highest link volume of any campaign we've published — 288 placements — built continuously rather than in bursts, across design, creator and technology publications, with target pages re-prioritised as the category's search demand shifted.
The result
Organic traffic more than doubled, from 230k to 480k monthly sessions across twelve months and continuing.
The challenge
A smaller site with a short runway — roughly 20k monthly sessions and a four-month window to show enough movement to justify continued investment.
The strategy
Concentrated velocity: 74 links in four months, roughly 18 a month, aimed at a narrow set of course and topic pages rather than spread across the site. Education and career publications, where relevance is easy to establish.
The result
Organic traffic up roughly 72% inside the window — 20.1k to 34.6k monthly sessions.
The challenge
A service business with strong local and regional intent but very little authority behind its commercial pages, and a seasonal window that made timing matter more than usual.
The strategy
The shortest engagement we've published — 56 links in two months, concentrated on the service and location pages that convert, using lifestyle, hospitality and regional publications for relevance.
The result
Organic traffic up roughly 66% in eight weeks — 5.3k to 8.8k monthly sessions.
