What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, website, budget range, service interests and message you provide. If you book a call we receive the details you give the scheduling provider. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver services if you become a client, and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business — email hosting, call scheduling, analytics and reporting tools — and only to the extent required. Each processes data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained as long as required for contractual and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hasnain@dynamatic.org and we will action it.

Scope of services
Dynamatic provides link building and related SEO services. The specific deliverables, monthly volume and quality standards for an engagement are set out in the written proposal and package agreed at the start, which takes precedence over anything described on this website.
Payment and term
Packages are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. There is no minimum contract term; either party may end the arrangement at a month boundary with reasonable notice. Work already delivered in a billing period remains payable.
Delivery
Monthly link counts are minimums based on the agreed package. Where placements are delayed by publisher timelines, the shortfall carries into the following month. We will not reduce the agreed quality standard in order to hit a volume figure.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for approving prospect lists and content drafts within a reasonable time, for the accuracy of information you supply about your business, and for the content of the pages we link to.
Intellectual property
Content we produce for placement on third-party publications is licensed to those publishers on their usual terms. Reports and strategy documents prepared for you are yours to use.
Confidentiality
We treat your campaign data as confidential and publish case study figures only in anonymised form unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Dynamatic does not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, revenue outcome or timeframe. We commit to delivery volume and to the quality standard agreed for your campaign.
