The process
No black box. Five steps.
You should know what you’re paying for at every stage. Here is exactly how a Dynamatic campaign runs, what we need from you, and when you can expect to see movement.

01
Tell us about your goals
Day 1 · 30 minutes
A call, not a questionnaire. We want the pages you need to rank, the markets you sell into, the competitors that keep beating you, and any history — a penalty, a disavow file, a previous agency's links you're worried about.
If link building isn't what your site needs right now, we'll say so on this call rather than sell you a retainer.
What we need
- Your domain and priority pages
- Two or three competitors
- Target markets and languages
- Any SEO history worth knowing
-
02
Analyse your site and competitors
Days 2–5
We pull your backlink profile and your competitors' side by side and find the gap: the domains linking to three of them but not to you, the pages carrying their rankings, the anchor distribution holding them up.
Where there's a toxic profile in the history, we audit it before recommending any new velocity.
You receive
- Competitor backlink gap analysis
- Target page priority list
- Current anchor profile read
- Toxic backlink audit where relevant
-
03
Build the strategy
Week 1–2
A written plan you can hold us to: which link types, in what ratio, at what monthly volume, aimed at which pages, built toward which anchor profile. Drawn from 20+ acquisition methods rather than whichever one we happen to be good at this quarter.
This is also where we set the velocity honestly. A young domain and a decade-old platform can't absorb the same monthly volume, and pushing it is how sites get hurt.
You receive
- Written link building strategy
- Monthly delivery floor, in writing
- Recommended safe link velocity
- Anchor text plan
-
04
Secure relevant placements
Month 1 onward
Prospecting, then manual outreach written by a person and sent under a brand persona built around your business. You approve the target list before we write anything, and the draft before it's submitted.
Sites are judged on topical relevance first, real organic traffic second, domain strength third — in that order, every time.
Your sign-off points
- Prospect list before outreach
- Content drafts before submission
- Anchor and target page per link
- Anything outside the agreed plan
-
05
Track and report
Continuous
A shared tracking sheet that updates as each placement goes live — linking URL, target page, anchor text, domain rating, estimated traffic and keyword visibility impact. Open it at 2am on the 14th if you want to.
Each month you also get a written summary of what was built, which supported pages moved, and what we're doing next — plus what we're seeing in your competitors' profiles.
In every report
- Linking URL and target page
- Anchor text and domain rating
- Estimated site traffic
- Keyword visibility impact
Setting expectations
What a realistic timeline looks like.
Link building is a compounding investment, not a switch. Anyone promising you rankings in week three is either guessing or about to do something you’ll regret.
- MONTH 1
Strategy signed off, prospecting underway, first placements live toward the end of the month.
- MONTH 2–3
Delivery at full monthly volume. Links indexing. Early ranking movement on longer-tail terms around the target pages.
- MONTH 4–6
The period where most campaigns start to show clearly in organic sessions. Our four-month education campaign landed a ~72% lift in this window.
- MONTH 6+
Compounding. Authority earned earlier keeps paying into pages built later. Our longest-running campaigns are the ones with the largest absolute gains.
